Our people are our greatest asset and the key to our success. We rely on talented people who can create added value for our clients, our people have the highest level of technical proficiency, engineering expertise, proven judgement and a 'can do' attitude. All of our consultants have a good engineering science degree as a minimum, with over 50% Masters or PhD qualified. Many of Jacobs Sula's consultants are members of relevant professional institutions including INCOSE, IET, RAeS, BCS, IoP, IMechE. Personnel development is driven by this constant challenge to exceed customer expectations; through membership of professional bodies, training, and by proactive participation in recognised industry forums.
