Overview
Through its experience and understandingof MOD structures and the Acquisition Operating Framework (AOF), from the Sponsor and User (Customer), through DE&S and Dstl, to the scrutiny process, Jacobs Sula is ideally placed to transform User capability requirements into practicable options with understood effectiveness, costs, schedules and Readiness Levels. We specialise in helping PTs to integrate systems engineering with government operational analysis, supportability, technology planning and information management.
Jacobs Sula's high calibre support for PTs includes:
- Formulating the strategic vision for the systems engineering process that needs to be applied prior to selecting and engaging their prime contractor(s)
- Providing professional and knowledgeable systems engineering assurance once they have engaged their prime contractors
- Delivering systems engineering tasks, such as the production of System Requirements Documents (SRD) and ITEAPs
- Providing subject matter expertise on modelling, system acceptance, guided weapons, radar or the integration of systems across the battlespace and Defence Lines of Development (DLODs).
